Founder and Executive Director of the Buddha Dharma TV, Prof. Dr Bhante M. Seevali is a Canadian of Sri Lanka origin. He holds an M.A., D.E.A., and Ph.D. from the University of Paris, France. He is an author and lecturer. He was a Professor of Classical Languages and Theravada Buddhism at the Central University of Tibetan Studies in Varanasi, India.
